Michael Douso, MD
Dr. Douso has been serving women in North Florida since 1986. He is a Board Certified Gynecologist, who specializes in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Urogynecology. Dr. Douso earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed his residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
For 24 years, Dr. Douso practiced Obstetrics with the United States Public Health Service, and in 2008 started his private practice devoted to Gynecology. He currently teaches Minimally Invasive Surgical Techniques and new procedures in Urogynecology to physicians from all over the United States.
Together with the Capital Regional Medical Center, where he formerly served as Chairman of the Medical Staff and current Chairman of the Department of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Capital Regional Women’s Health is bringing cutting edge technology to the women of our community.
Dr. Douso and his wife of 35 years live in Tallahassee and have five children. He and his staff look forward to serving your healthcare needs.
