Kathleen Wilson, ARNP

Kathleen Wilson is a board certified family and pediatric nurse practitioner with 28 years of experience in managing patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Florida State University, followed by obtaining a Masters of Science and Doctors of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. She completed an additional traineeship in Adolescent Health through the US Public Health Service. She also completed a certificate program in genetics from the University of Cincinnati. She utilizes genetics in her practice as the “framework for health and illness.”
Kathleen's career spans many roles, including nursing educator, practitioner (PNP and FNP), researcher, administrator, and consultant with extensive experience in advance practice. She enjoys helping patients to meet their health goals with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Kathleen is married with two adult children and five adorable grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, growing orchids with her husband, and kayaking the North Florida rivers.
